Q: I have issues with my boiler, can you help without replacing it?

We endeavour to repair any faults without having to replace the boiler/appliances. It is a last resort for us but if that is the diagnoses we will happily give you a quote and recommend getting quotes from our competitors so you can compare!

Q: How often should I have my boiler and appliances serviced?

Safety is our number one concern, we recommend each appliance is checked for safety within 12 months of being installed and at intervals of no longer than 12 months thereafter. A faulty or unsafe appliance can cost lives, do not take the risk.

Q: Do you operate a ‘beat any quote’ policy?

We price every job independently and free of charge! Although we do not operate under a ‘beat any quote policy’ in 9/10 cases we have beaten our large competitors..
